We have collaborated over many hours, days & months selecting only the finest of Arabica coffee beans to be roasted as our specialty blends & Single Origins for TAKOTA artisan coffee. Coffee is a drink that provides not only perks of energy but long conversations & story telling. It is something that nourishes the soul and creates a feeling of comfort & productivity. In Native language TAKOTA means; Friend, Friend to all. Coffee is your friend.

Our introductory coffee is our proprietary blend which means you won’t find this anywhere else! It consists of three clean Arabica coffees from the best regions of the world, roasted medium dark to highlight the best aromas and sweetness of the beans. You can expect a smooth, consistent body reminiscent of Fall season honey followed by a hazelnut and molasses sweetness.

Signature Blend: TAKOTA COFFEE This signature proprietary blend consists of perfectly balanced coffees from the best regions in the world, roasted a deep medium dark to highlight the best aromas and sweetness of the beans. You can expect a lovely, perfectly balanced rich cocoa bodied smoothness followed by a long sparkling finish.
Neakita (ni-kee-tuh): Is the word for a type of wild rose in Choctaw.
Our Neakita is a gorgeous Ethiopian known for its medium body, delicate fruits, spice and citrus. You will love the aroma as you take in the fragrance & taste. Neakita means: Wild Rose Certified Fair Trade & Organic
Decaf Kawi (decaf coffee): Kawi is the Cherokee word for Coffee.
Our Decaf Kawi is our own proprietary blend of coffee beans from Central America.
It has a bright & light flavor profile, a clean finish with subtle nuttiness. It is chemical free water processed as opposed to many decaffeination methods which add chemicals in their decaffeination process. We are proud to offer this clean chemical free decaf to our TAKOTA COFFEE profiles. Certified Fair Trade & Organic
Tashina (tah-SHEE-nah):
Sumatra Washed Indonesia coffee. A clean cup of coffee with notes of Prunes, plum, and a pleasant sweetness. This is a delicious coffee. When you sip this coffee, you’ll find it to be medium-bodied, with a smooth richness and a low-tone flavor profile that’s full of complexity. Certified Fair Trade & Organic
Red Rock blend:
This blend is well-balanced with a smooth body and a pleasant mix of sweetness, bright acidity, and rich base notes. The Brazil bean provides the foundation of cocoa and nuttiness, while the Honduras bean adds a layer of caramel sweetness and moderate acidity, adding Guatemala bean injects vibrant fruity and floral highlights, making the blend both complex and approachable.
